Youth & Family Development Services Division
Position Title: After School Program Manager(s)
Base Salary: $13.40/hr ($27,872)
Summary: ACCORD Corporation is seeking (2) full-time, 12 month After School Program Managers to keep programs in compliance with all state regulations,monitor and evaluate staff, keep accurate records, work collaboratively with staff and sub-contractors to provide a fun and safe after school program. Candidates must be self motivated, have excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. One manager will oversee the Bolivar-Richburg, Belfast and Canaseraga 21st Century Child Care Learning Centers and the second manager will oversee the Whitesville, Scio and Wellsville Immaculate Conception School 21st Century Child Care Learning Center. Managers will supervise the School District Liaisons, the High School Liaison, and the After School Program Assistants. Managers will develop learning activities, coordinate site schedules, market programs and complete program reports.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a BA Degree or AAS in Human Services or Education plus have 2 years supervisory experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Work Hours: Generally 8:00-4:00 Monday-Friday

Position Title: Full Time School District Liaisons
Base Salary: $9.55/hr ($19,864)
Summary: ACCORD Corporation is seeking (6) Full time, 12 month School District Liaisons to coordinate daily activities at the six Child Care Learning Centers. School District Liaisons will be assigned to Whitesville, Belfast, Scio, Wellsville Immaculate Conception, Bolivar-Richburg, and Canaseraga Schools. Liaisons will coordinate activities with school day staff, interact with school personnel, provide case management services, conduct referrals, family development planning and after school program recruitment. School District Liaisons will provide direct supervision and lead center activities at the 21st Century Child Care Learning Centers.
Qualifications: AAS degree in Human Services or related field or FDC and 2 years experience working with youth.
Work Hours: Generally 10:00-6:00 Monday-Friday

Position Title: Part-Time After School Program Assistants
Base Salary:$8.75/hr
Summary: ACCORD Corporation is seeking (7) Part time, 11 month After School Program Assistants to provide direct student supervision, documentation of student participation, outcomes and implementing daily learning activities. One Assistant will be responsible for direct student supervision, documenting student participation, outcomes and implementing daily lesson plans with high school students in conjunction with the High School Liaison and will rotate daily among the 21st Century Child Care Learning Centers. Assistants will work as a team with School District Liaisons and the High School Liaison to help students improve academic performance, gain skills and achieve their potential.
Qualifications: High School Diploma plus 6 months experience with youth or school based education services including experience working with students in grades 5-12.
Work Hours: Generally 2:00-6:00, Monday-Thursday up to 20 hours per week
